Phở Today - Jacksonville

Have been here several times. The pho, short ribs, shaken beef, and crispy dumplings are our favorite items. Service is hit or miss. The one thing we didn't care for was cheese wontons. They were bland. The mango dip was good though. Been here countless times times and the service is not good. Never get checked on or refills. Food is still good but updating my rating because that is important.

Pho Today was an easy, pleasant, and friendly environment from the moment I walked in. The food I had was amazingly tasty and incredibly fresh. Khoi, who waited on me, was awesome; very polite, attentive, and made the experience even better. This was a fantastic visit all around! Highly recommend!

Pho Today is hands down one of my favorite places to eat. I’ve had Vietnamese food in a lot of spots, but this place just hits different. Everything tastes super fresh and authentic, like real homemade flavors. The food is always on point and the place is really clean too. The staff is always so friendly and respectful. I honestly think it’s part of their culture, and it just makes the whole vibe feel warm and welcoming. Over the past few years, we’ve actually come here to celebrate most of our big life events, and it’s been amazing every time. From their menu, I love and totally recommend trying the Pho soup and item number HS4, they’re both my absolute favorites. There’s a lot of parking space right in front and on the side, which is super convenient. We’ve been here plenty of times at night and never felt unsafe, it’s a good area. Bathrooms are clean, which is always a plus. Only thing I wish they’d improve is adding a hand dryer in the bathroom, but that’s just a small thing. All in all, this spot never disappoints. We love the food, the vibe, and the people.

I’ve been eating at Pho Today for about 2 years now and their ability to stay consistent with good quality food and service is truly unmatched! I’ve tried their Crispy Dumplings, Fried Egg-Rolls, Fried Shrimp Rolls, Special Fried Rice, Rice Vermicelli Egg-rolls and Char-boiled Pork (my favvv) and their Plain Noodle Pho just to name a few. I highly recommend trying this resturant!

We changed our normal Vietnamese restaurant spot to this one and are not disappointed. Very good portion for the price. The beef rib rice plate with combo is delicious. Would definitely come here again.

When we are craving affordable and delicious Brazilian steak, Rio Bonito is our go-to place. It's actually a grocery but they also served hot meals buffet. Some of our favorites are the beef ribs (not always available), sweet plantains, green vegetables, picanha, sirloin, chicken lasagna, and chicken breast with bacon. For $11.99 per pound, it's really a good deal. Their steaks are seasoned well and you can request on how you want your steak, I prefer medium. Highly recommend this place if you want your food to be served hot, fast, and tasty!

From the moment I walked in, it felt welcoming and calm — the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at home. As a first-time customer (and a Jacksonville local who’s tried a lot of pho around town), this one stands out. The broth was rich, clean, and full of real depth, not oily or overpowering. The noodles were cooked perfectly, the meat tender and flavorful, and the fresh basil, lime, and sprouts tied everything together beautifully. The service was warm, attentive, and genuine — you can tell they care about every bowl they serve. No shortcuts, no fuss, just pure Vietnamese comfort done right. Pho Today lives up to its name — one visit and you’ll be craving it again tomorrow.

We frequent this location at least once a week. The food is always fresh and delicious. The pho has such flavor, I think best in Jax. We have always had great service. Koi always remembers our order and is very attentive (extremely professional). Diane remembers our order and always welcomes us with a huge smile. She brings such a joy to the table with her laugh and bubbly welcoming personality. We look forward to seeing her each week.
